- Pick Up & Drop Off: Free from/to Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak. There is an additional charge (see extras) for Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Ubud areas.
- Child Policy & Pricing: Infants aged 0–3 years old join free of charge. Children aged 4–7 years old are subject to the child rate calculated in the booking system. Children older than 7 years old are charged at the full adult rate.
- Pricing: Rates are subject to change in the event of price increases beyond our control, including but not limited to government-mandated entrance fee increases or fuel surcharges.

Cancellations made within less than 8 days will incur a 100% full cancellation charge. No-shows or the voluntary discontinuation of a service mid-tour will result in a full charge.
